Role Overview

ODIN AI is looking for a high-impact Accounts Manager / Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Odin AI who can own enterprise customer relationships post-sale, ensure value realization, drive adoption and expansion, and act as the trusted advisor for our customers.


This role sits at the intersection of account management, customer success, and commercial ownership, and is critical to driving retention, renewals, expansion revenue, and long-term customer advocacy in a fast-growing AI SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end post-sales relationships for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers.

  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization of Odin AI’s platform.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, aligning product capabilities to business outcomes.

  • Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities by identifying growth use cases within existing accounts.

  • Proactively manage renewal cycles, mitigate churn risks, and ensure contract continuity.

  • Partner with Sales to support account expansion and long-term revenue growth.

  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs / EBRs) to demonstrate ROI, usage insights, and roadmap alignment.

  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Leadership teams.

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Program Management teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Advocate for customer needs internally while balancing business priorities.

  • Support successful delivery of enterprise implementations and ongoing enhancements.

  • Maintain accurate account plans, health scores, usage metrics, and renewal forecasts.

  • Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting, and visibility into account performance and risks.

  • Track KPIs related to retention, NRR, expansion, and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

  • 5–10 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Post-Sales roles in SaaS / AI / Cloud / Enterprise Software companies.

  • Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts with complex stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, adoption, and usage analytics.

  • Ability to drive commercial conversations around renewals, expansions, and value justification.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.

  • Experience handling long-term customer lifecycles in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

  • Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
