Function: Data Engineering & AI Systems
Specializations: Large Language Models (LLMs), Data Engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI System Implementation
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable AI-based solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as Langchain and LlamaIndex, addressing diverse customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the capabilities and benefits of Odin AI’s solutions for potential clients.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Odin AI’s products, technologies, and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate customer feedback into product development, enhancing overall solution effectiveness.
Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Odin AI solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, best practices, and case studies, to support efficient customer engagement.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and LLM technologies, bringing innovative insights to projects.
Qualificationsties:
Strong expertise in large language models (LLMs) and related frameworks such as Langchain and LlamaIndex.
Solid foundation in machine learning concepts and techniques, with the ability to apply them effectively.
Proficient in Python programming and experienced with machine learning libraries.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to design and implement effective AI solutions.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
