Role Overview
Odin AI is seeking a Certification Expert with proven experience in building large-scale certification and learning programs in the Enterprise SaaS and AI domain. The ideal candidate will have successfully designed and launched certification frameworks that upskill technical audiences and establish credibility for complex technology platforms.
You will lead the creation of Odin’s AI Agent Engineering Certification Program, developing structured, industry-recognized learning paths that empower engineers to build enterprise-grade AI agents. This role will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations to translate Odin’s technology into high-impact certification experiences.
What You’ll Do
Design and launch a multi-tier certification ecosystem (Associate, Professional, Expert) aligned with Odin’s AI Agent platform.
Develop hands-on, outcome-driven course content including labs, projects, and technical assessments.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
Define assessment standards, learning objectives, and credentialing frameworks.
Manage delivery through modern LMS and credentialing tools (e.g., Credly, LearnWorlds, Coursera).
Track learner performance, feedback, and engagement metrics to improve program quality.
Benchmark Odin’s certifications against leading global AI and SaaS programs
Who You Are
6+ years in Learning & Certification Program Management within Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, or AI domains.
Proven success in launching certification programs for technical or developer audiences.
Deep understanding of AI systems, agent frameworks, or ML engineering workflows.
Proficient in instructional design principles, curriculum creation, and LMS administration.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in a fast-paced AI or tech startup environment preferred.
