About the Role

We are looking for highly driven Enterprise Sales Hunters at Odin AI who can accelerate our growth by winning new enterprise logos, driving high-value AI solution deals, and expanding our presence across new verticals and geographies. This role demands a strategic, proactive, and self-motivated professional with a strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new enterprise customers by identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value business opportunities.

  • Drive large AI/technology solution deals, collaborating closely with internal technical, product, and leadership teams.

  • Expand into new verticals and geographies by continuously mapping markets and developing entry strategies.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.

  • Conduct C-level engagement and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to enterprise customer needs.

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal development, negotiations, and closure.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene to ensure visibility into pipeline and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–12 years of proven success in enterprise hunting roles, ideally in SaaS, AI, cloud, analytics, or technology solutions.

  • Strong track record of closing high-value (mid to large-size) enterprise deals.

  • Ability to handle long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and complex solution selling.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and C-suite relationship-building skills.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes, RFP/RFQ cycles, and contracting.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and target-driven approach.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
