Role Overview

Odin AI is looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth in the U.S. Education sector, focusing on universities, colleges, and higher education networks. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demos to closing and account management — helping expand Odin AI’s footprint in the education domain with our enterprise-grade AI solutions that enhance institutional efficiency, engagement, and decision-making.


The ideal candidate has hands-on experience selling software or SaaS solutions to educational institutions and a solid understanding of the sector’s procurement cycles and decision-making structures.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business and revenue growth across the U.S. higher education market.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure.

  • Build strong relationships with Deans, Institutions Heads and Senior institutional leaders.

  • Understand client challenges and deliver tailored AI-driven solutions.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM updates.

  • Represent Odin AI at key edtech events and forums to build brand visibility.

  • Share market insights and feedback to influence product and growth strategies.

  • Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success for onboarding and renewals.

Who You Are

  • 7–10 years of experience, including 6+ years in SaaS/enterprise software sales to U.S. education clients.

  • Proven success in selling complex technology solutions (AI, analytics, or digital transformation).

  • Deep understanding of higher education sales cycles and RFP processes.

  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in sales forecasting and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred).

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
