Role Overview
Odin AI is seeking a proven seasoned Product Designer Architect / UX Architect with a strong foundation in both user experience design and frontend architecture. This role demands a unique blend of product thinking, design leadership, and frontend execution. You will be responsible for driving the design vision and architecture of scalable, intuitive, and high-performance web applications that align with both user needs and business goals.
What You’ll Do
Design and maintain scalable information architecture, navigation structures, and interaction models. Lead the creation of user journey maps, personas, scenarios, and task flows.
Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Develop detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to implement UX strategies that align with business goals. Build and evolve design systems and contribute to documentation standards.
Drive accessibility (WCAG compliance) and inclusive design best practices.
Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and cross-functional ideation sessions.
Analyze behavioral data using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel to inform decisions. Advocate for a data-informed UX culture across teams.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or UX architecture.
Strong understanding of human-centered design, UX heuristics, and accessibility standards.
Proficiency in UX tools:
Wireframing/Prototyping: Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD
User Research: Maze, Dovetail, Lookback
Collaboration: Miro, FigJam, Confluence
Analytics & Testing: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely
Deep experience in information architecture, content modeling, and responsive design.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) for effective collaboration with developers. Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate UX concepts to stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of design systems like Material Design, IBM Carbon, or custom enterprise libraries. Experience with design tokens, atomic design, or component-driven design.
Familiarity withAR/VR UX, voice interfaces, or emerging interaction paradigms.
Certification in UX, HCI, or design thinking (e.g., Nielsen Norman, IDEO, Coursera).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, UX, Psychology, or a related field.
Portfolio showcasing UX artifacts, IA work, research insights, and design rationale.
