Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to design and build high-quality, efficient, and reusable backend systems and APIs, contributing to robust software solutions.
Bring strong, hands-on experience in Python to develop, optimize, and maintain complex systems.
Strong Experience in RAG and LLM
Experience in AI-related products or projects is highly advantageous and will enhance project impact.
Manage the complete software development life cycle, from research, design, and analysis to implementation, test automation, and ongoing maintenance.
Work closely with Product and Design teams to understand user requirements, translating them into practical and scalable software applications.
Utilize Firebase for data storage, user authentication, and serverless cloud functions, ensuring efficient and secure data handling.
Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning, skill development, and collaboration.
Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, actively contributing ideas for improving system efficiency and usability.
Qualificationsties:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with demonstrated knowledge of backend development and integration.
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, enabling high-quality code and system reliability.
Skilled in databases and ORM frameworks, with experience in efficient data management.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git, for streamlined project management.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an eye for detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies, contributing to efficient and adaptable project cycles.
