Role Overview
ODIN is looking for a Solutions Architect who is equal parts technologist, product thinker, and strategic partner to customers. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. You will play a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and scaling agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients—while also identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product adoption.
It's ideal for someone who’s coded systems, worked with APIs, built or shipped products, and understands enterprise problems deeply.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, identify use cases, and design tailored Agentic AI solutions using ODIN’s platform.
Architect end-to-end workflows, integrations, and automations that combine AI agents with client data, APIs, tools, and third-party systems.
Build working prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and reference implementations as needed.
Act as the bridge between client requirements, product roadmap, and engineering.
Conduct deep technical sessions and workshops with client tech teams.
Partner with sales and success teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on product usage and customer needs.
Provide technical advisory to clients on AI adoption strategy, governance, and scalability.
Stay close to the product; provide feedback on core capabilities, integrations, and usability.
Document reusable architectures, playbooks, and integration guides.
Who You Are
10–12 years of experience in tech roles, ideally across engineering, solutioning, and product functions.
Strong coding fundamentals—comfortable with Python, REST APIs, and working with developer tools.
Proven experience designing technical solutions in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
Prior experience as a Product Manager, Tech Consultant, or Sales Engineer is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and integration frameworks.
Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can turn technical solutions into business value.
Commercial acumen to identify client opportunities for expansion and retention.
Prior experience in AI, ML, automation, or agentic systems is a strong plus (but not mandatory).
