Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technical projects, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects and client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively to ensure project success.
Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and addressed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Present project updates, reports, and deliverables to stakeholders regularly.
Technical Leadership:
Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure technical feasibility and guide teams in choosing the right tools and technologies.
Drive innovation by recommending improvements to existing processes and solutions.
Team Coordination:
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.
Mentor and support team members in achieving their goals.
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 4–6+ years in project management, account management, or a related role in a technical environment.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), APIs, and system integrations.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
