Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technical projects, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and budget.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively to ensure project success.

Client Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and addressed.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Present project updates, reports, and deliverables to stakeholders regularly.

Technical Leadership:

  • Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Ensure technical feasibility and guide teams in choosing the right tools and technologies.

  • Drive innovation by recommending improvements to existing processes and solutions.

Team Coordination:

  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.

  • Mentor and support team members in achieving their goals.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–6+ years in project management, account management, or a related role in a technical environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), APIs, and system integrations.

  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

  • Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or large-scale projects.

  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
