My colleagues and I have free Odin accounts. Can we switch to the Teams plan?

Yes! You can freely switch to the Teams Plan from your account's dashboard, our website's pricing page, or by talking to our team at info@getodin.ai.

Can I switch back to a free account later?

You can cancel your Team subscription at any point to automatically be moved to a free plan instead.

How can I change or update my payment method?

Click on your profile on the top right on the Odin dashboard. Then go to My Account ➜ Billing ➜ Edit Payment Details to change or update your payment method.

How is the price for the Teams plan calculated?

The Teams plan comes with a minimum of 2 seats. Each seat costs $50/month and comes with 1,000 monthly team credits.

How can I switch from my Teams plan to Enterprise?

Do you have any volume discounts on credits?

I'm unable to sign in to my Odin account

How can I change the email account associated with Odin?

Unfortunately at this moment, we do not allow users to switch email accounts. If you think someone else might be using your account, contact us at support@getodin.ai

How do I unsubscribe from Odin's emails?

To unsubscribe from Odin's emails about new features and updates, discounts, offers, and more, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. However, you cannot unsubscribe from emails that are purely for essential communication (such as responses to support tickets, invoices/receipts, and so on.)

How can I delete my account?
